Have your say on the future of dermatological care via the International Medical Board
Webcamconsult is developing at a rapid pace. Through international partnerships and the ongoing development of the platform, it is evolving into a comprehensive digital ecosystem for healthcare providers. What began as video consultations has now grown into a platform that intelligently connects digital and in-person care. Examples of this, alongside Webcamconsult, include: Derm2check, Doctor2go and Dermawizard AI.
Developed in collaboration with practitioners
Good digital healthcare isn’t created behind a desk, but in collaboration with the people who use it every day. That’s why we develop our solutions together with medical professionals. Their knowledge and practical experience ensure that new features are tailored to the realities of everyday practice.
Technology is never an end in itself. At Webcamconsult, people are always at the heart of what we do. Technology must support healthcare providers, lighten their workload and contribute to better care for patients, particularly at a time when pressure on the healthcare sector is high.
The International Medical Board
The International Medical Board was established to further shape this collaboration. Medical specialists contribute their experience, insights and ideas to help shape the development of digital healthcare.
The name may sound formal, but the approach is actually practical and accessible. We listen to experiences from the consulting room, ensuring the platform continues to meet the needs of both healthcare providers and patients.
Call for dermatologists
To expand the International Medical Board, we are looking for dermatologists who wish to contribute to the next stage in the development of digital healthcare (such as the safe and meaningful use of AI). A group of committed specialists who, drawing on their specialist knowledge, wish to help devise solutions that will make tomorrow’s healthcare better, more accessible and more workable.
Digital experience is not a requirement. It is precisely these different perspectives that make the Medical Board valuable. Whether you work extensively with digital healthcare or only to a limited extent, your practical experience can make an important contribution.
In terms of time commitment, this involves a few (online) meetings per year and a number of individual review sessions. In short: the time required is limited, whilst your participation will yield valuable new insights and give you a say in how digital healthcare develops in the future.
